To change homepage

1. first open the firefox
2. Click on TOOLS on the menu bar at the top of the Firefox screen, then click on OPTIONS
3. After clicking options you will see the Firefox Options dialogue box, Type the address of the webpage that you would like to use as your new homepage into the box provided.
4. click the OK button.


Clearing the history

1. first open the Firefox
2. Click on TOOLS on the menu bar, then click on OPTIONS 
3.You will then see the Firefox Options dialogue box. then click on privacy icon 
4. then click on clear browsing history now 

Clear the cache

1. Open Firefox   
2. On the menu bar  select TOOLS then click on OPTIONS
3. click on the PRIVACY icon
4. then click on cache tab and then clear the cache
